Delivery + Returns
We try to post all printed items within 4-5 working days.
All orders are posted standard delivery, unless requested otherwise.
- Post to the UK generally takes 2-3 days.
- Post to Europe generally takes 3-5 days.
- Post to all other countries generally takes 10-15 days
Please contact me if you wish to pay extra for a faster postage time.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:
- Personalised products
- Downloadable files
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also let you know if the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund please email us to let me know- email@example.com.
Occasionally we will have sales or sell defected items at a discounted price, unfortunately these 'sale' items cannot be refunded.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please send photos of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order posted to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
